Station 3 Wedding, J’ai & Stephen

J’ai and Stephen get married in a historic fire station. However, very unique one. The city and state recognize Station 3 as a historic landmark. Built in 1903, Station 3 was one of Houston’s original fire stations and it is located directly outside of downtown.  The original bricks, wood floors, and intricate hand carved exterior stonework all add to its timeless beauty and charm.  The last thing to do was just to say “I do!”. I have to admit Stephen was right, I did not know either that happiness was spelled with three letters and an apostrophe 😉

And as many of you know portraits are the most beautiful photographs of each Wedding. Here my stunning Bride Felicia chosen stunning location Chateau Polonez. Such a photo session is a prefect time to try the Dress, make some adjustments if necessary, try your dream hairstyle and make up plus not to mention you can see photographer in action. Afterwards those images very often create beautiful decoration at your Wedding Day. In some cases big canvas are hidden and uncover just after the Ceremony when everybody has already seen the Bride walking down the aisle. A 12,000 square-foot sprawling resort-style home located on Lake Woodlands went on the market for $7.8 million at the beginning of the year! 18 American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) members helped transform every inch of the house. Location: Spring, Texas.

It is been a long time since I took a part in a Weekly Photo Challenge. Subject is ‘abstract’ and this reading/guest room interior design goes great with it. Wallpaper on the ceiling, transparent chair from outer space, artwork and this mix of patterns on pillows… Who would like to read?

3,650 metrów kwadratowych rozległego domu w stylu resortu ulokowanego nad Jeziorem Woodlands zostało wystawione do sprzedaży za kwotę 7,8 milionów dolarów na początku roku! 18 członków Amerykańskiego Stowarzyszenia Projektantów Wnętrz (ASID) pomogło przekształcić każdy centymetr tego domu. Lokalizacja: Spring Texas, U.S.A.

Tytuł co tygodniowego wyzwania fotograficznego to “abstrakcja” i wystrój tego pokoju do czytania/pokoju gościnnego świetnie sobie radzi z tym tematem. Tapeta na suficie, przezroczysty fotel z ‘przestrzeni kosmicznej’, obrazy oraz połączenie stylów na poduszkach… Ktoś ma teraz ochotę poczytać?

May the Road Rise to Meet You

I do not know where to start… First of all each Wedding is different from each other and probably that is why I love to attend this full of Love, Fashion and Style gatherings. I had a pleasure to be a part of this unique Wedding. Starting with such a great Couple, colorful wooden bouquets (antique brooches on Bride’s flowers!) amazing Family Members, place itself Heather’s Glen (another paradise for photography) and finally Bride’s tattoo ‘May the Road Rise to Meet You’ (did I mention Her shoes?). Congratulations to Lauren and Kris!
